CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS - OFFICIAL TRANSLATION
A certified or official translation is the translation of an official document such as a Declaration of Conformity, marriage or birth certificate, diploma, etc. A certified translation or official translation is generally required in the communication with government bodies, institutions, embassies etc. Legal entities ask us for official translations especially when applying in a public tender.
Certified or official translations can be carried out only by certified translators who are authorized to provide certified translations of official documents. A certified translation must have a round seal affixed and must include a ‘Translator’s Clause’, which states that the certified translation is true and accurate.

Our standard turnaround time for a short certified/official translation is 1-3 business days, depending on language and document type. We provide better turnaround times for short certified translations from/to English and German. For express translation, please contact our office via phone.
Placing an order:
To get an exact quote for your official translation, complete our online form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information, requirements and ALL source documents (scanned or photographed). We will review your documents and email you a quote within 3 hours. The price based on the number of standard pages, language pair, and delivery time required. As the official/certified translation must be attached to a hard copy, you need to inform us whether we will attach it to a print-out, or you will bring us the original or notary public copy. If you don’t have time to get a copy from a notary public, bring us your original and we will arrange a notary public for you. Inform us if you require notarization so that we can include the fees into your quote.
